Who We Are
A Foundation Built on Love & Service
The Kimberley Kares Foundation is dedicated to uplifting and supporting children in public schools who are under-resourced, unhoused, or facing hardship.
Founded by Kimberley Moore-Ballard, a community advocate, mother, and lifelong servant leader, the foundation was created with one heartfelt mission: to ensure that no child goes without the essentials needed to feel confident, cared for, and capable of success.

Every day, children in public schools struggle silently with unmet basic needs. Lack of hygiene products, clean clothing, food security, and emotional support can affect their self-esteem, academic performance, and overall well-being.
